These modern-concept and high-efficiency generators have been designed and developed in compliance with European Directive 2014/68/UE (PED) and the most recent national and European standards on pressurised recipients.

Deep welding penetration plate/shell, with the flues first enlarged using a pipe expander, then welded to the tube plate.

The furnace is amply sized in terms of diameter and length to allow limited heating loads.

The PREX Q ASL generators are fitted with patented stainless steel turbulators, positioned inside the flue that consequently improve heat exchange.

Suitable insulation of the boiler body using an 80 mm layer of high density glass wool, in turn covered by a strong layer of tearproof material.

Front door with reversible opening(right and left) and innovative closing system with micrometric adjustment on the hot water generator front plate. The door is insulated with double lining, made up of one layer of fibre and one layer of Carbowool.

The parts subject to pressure are all welded by qualified and IIS approved personnel in accordance with EN standards.

The water circuit can be inspected through a handhole at the top of the boiler and a hand opening ring at the bottom.

The drain can be located on boiler rear side.

Maintenance guaranteed by easy access to the furnace and the tube bundle through the door and the removable smokebox.

Economiser: a water-flue gas heat exchanger that increases efficiency by up to 5%. Its configuration and position are defined based on customer requirements.
