We announce the arrival of the new Chief Human Resources Officer of Ferroli Group S.p.A., Michele Conchetto.

Dr. Conchetto has worked for italian and internationalised industrial groups in the textile/clothing and engineering sectors, such as: Marzotto, Acciaierie Beltrame, SIT La Precisa, FAAC and Gruppo Salvagnini.

In his experiences, he has supported companies in all the typical activities of the Human Resources role and has managed projects for the growth of organisations, development paths for Human Resources and their competences. His professional activity has taken place not only in Italy, but also in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and the Far East.
