From a brilliant idea of Ferroli Group CEO, Riccardo Garrè, comes the Ferroli Academy project, a Training Center which aims to introduce Ferroli customers to the best multi-brand technologies, especially those embracing renewable energies and energy saving.

 

 

The mission of the Academy has been set directly by company owners and by the management: to leverage training for customers to develop the necessary skills in order to be able to strengthen their business in a global market.

The push for this mission to be accomplished has accelerated the Ferroli Academy project, that in July 2019 has seen the start of work at the headquarters of Villanova di San Bonifacio, Verona.

 

 

Completed at the end of 2020, the Academy was officially inaugurated on September 7th , 2021, from Ferroli President Paola Ferroli and CEO Riccardo Garrè. Now Ferroli customers can benefit of a new and evolved environment to experience the various technologies of the Ferroli Group catalogue, encompassing various top brands like Ferroli, Lamborghini Caloreclima and others.

The structure, developed on 700 square meters, consists of a reception area, 3 technical laboratories with more than 60 working products, one dedicated to wall hung boilers, one for central heating and the last one for full electric heat pump systems, hybrid systems and water treatment.

 

All technical laboratories are also equipped for educational activities with capacity up to 15 people.
The structure is completed by a showroom that can be set up as an event room for up to 70 people and a training room for 40 people.

The organization of Ferroli Academy is managed by Simone Cristanini, Head of the Presales & Training Department who, assisted by a team of technicians, has promoted and deployed the project.

The central theme is a physical environment for training courses aimed at various professionals including technical service centers, installers and designers. 

 

 

But Ferroli Academy also could not live without a digital portal to support its activities to allow customers to enroll courses independently, test their own learning progresses, acquire training points based on the results obtained, download certificates of attendance and documentation of the courses.

Ferroli Academy of Villanova di San Bonifacio, Verona, integrates the former offices already operational in Bologna and Rome, thus allowing to approach and involve more and more our customers to grow together.
