The moment has arrived!

Yesterday, 29th May, was celebrated the Graduation Day of the Ferroli Master's Degree Course developed in partnership with Ca' Foscari Challenge School, achieving the Level I University Master's Degree in Manager's Development Program.

It was the final event of an 18-month course which saw twelve Ferroli professionals explore all the issues of business management and present to the management a series of project work that will find concrete application in the company.

The ceremony was attended by Antonio Recinella, CEO of Ferroli Group, Michele Conchetto, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Gaetano Zilio Grandi, Professor of Labour Law Ca‘ Foscari University of Venice, Pro-Rector for Legal Affairs, Relations with Personnel and the Ca’ Foscari Foundation, and all the company's top management.

 

 

Team, inclusion and equity were the words most frequently used throughout the day.

These are areas on which the Master's students focused in their project work, and which the members of the company's management team pointed out as fundamental in facing our daily challenges.
