John fitted a Modena 27kW combi in a 3-bed semi-detached house, one of a portfolio of properties that he owns and manages in the Lancashire region.

“For my larger properties I usually fit another leading make of boiler because of the technology, but I’m going to switch to the Modena from now on because the technology is just as good. This boiler really does tick all the boxes.”
